It is winter, but still ok to have a drink on a terrace, specially if you’re a smoker, as smoking is forbidden in most places now. This is Ra, just behind the Boqueria market. Nice place to have a quick coffee or a chocolate caliente con churros!
Spectacular vine, I'm sure this is a great place.
