Earth Day: Tai Chi in the park

A large group of people were doing Tai Chi in the park, last saturday.

A personal note. I haven’t been feeling well during the last few months. Will spend some time in hospital from tomorrow, having some heart surgery done. Nothing major, but nevertheless… So, I’ll be posting on automatic for a while. See you soon!

  4. Tai chi is good for the body and soul, also very good for healing. Best done outdoors in the morning where you can breath in the fresh air.

My best of luck wishes to you. Do take good care of yourself. May you have a successful treatment and speedy recovery.

«Louis» sees you've got another fine masthead photo!

Technical note: Your blog loaded MUCH faster and with no error messages today. «Louis» runs a Mac, so Safari 4 is his browser. Re your comment on IE6: does IE anything run well? «Louis» doesn't understand why the world stays with the Microsoft standard whether in OS or browser!

    End of rant.

Wishing you all the best in surgery and recovery!
