    It is always good to get sleep when recuperating. I hope that happens with enough frequency so that you mend well. I also hope that you felt well enough to watch the semi-finals with Spain defeating Germany. How wonderful that both your country and the Netherlands are in the finals since neither have gotten that far before. About time “new blood” is instilled in the World Cup games.

    Rest well and do what your cardiologist recommends!!
