Merce 2010, the Hispano-Suiza
Closing the parade on friday was this fascinating Hispano-Suiza, probably from the late 1920es-early 1930es. Hispano-Suiza was a car company founded in Barcelona in 1904, making luxury cars. Here is what Wiki says to it.
Who’s the guy saluting? Your guess is as good as mine.

Fantastic, Rob! There was an Hispano-Suiza at the Monterey Car Show and Auction where «Louis» got the series of photos he's been running in his Qu'est-ce que c'est? series. «Louis» et Mme la Vache went to Monterey specifically to see the Packard “Myth”. (More HERE.)

Time was indeed “better” when men were still wearing a hat.

Precioso vehículo de época. Ojalá SEAT sacara nuevas versiones de coches tan emblemáticos como el 600.
