Barcelona, a photo a day

Any idea?

Most of you bloggers have probably been through this… What to post today? Well, here I am, tired from the weekend, tired from this Monday, coming home, feeding the cat, cleaning his litter, checking my mail, posting on my blog. But what???

One cup of tea later, here is the result: some flowers from one of the florists on the Ramblas. La solution de facilite, as we say in french. Hope you’ll enjoy them. I couldn’t think of anything better.

And oh yeah, as we live nearby, this is for My World Tuesday.

  1. Flowers – natures way to smile.

At tsuch days I mostly try to open newspapers at the page which is the same to the number of the date, trying to find something which is not about a strike, a demonstration or alike.
Would be a nice theme as well, I guess, comparing the same page of newspapers from around the world.

I had fun watching the fotos and more.
For someone who lives in Manila her whole life, there are still some places that I must see and visit.

i hope your blogging dilemma goes away soon.
i have that bit too when i get stuck and stared blank at the screen. ^0^
and sometimes a cup of tea makes all the difference.

  5. Yes, well this is the thing, Rob. Participating in this social adventure of CDP forces us to stretch, to look more closely, to look with the eyes of our followers as well as our own, even (especially) when we think there's really not that much more new to see. It consumes far more time than I can spare and yet I feel, as I think you do, that the sense of global community is enough reward to keep me going, even when I'm tired from all the things I must get done during the day.

  9. Ha, you describe it well, complete with Kitty Litter. 🙂
I saw this plant indoors once in Israel, but only once. It is so waxy and bright as to seem unreal.
Your blog's new banner is cute.

  12. They are lovely! Such a vibrant red in the flowers. Although I don't think they are flowers but still leaves. Beautiful regardless!
