  1. Could find very little info about the place. Here it is: the Palau Maricel, or Maricel Palace, was built in 1910 by North American millionaire Charles Deering to house his art collections

    Your post on Friday about the demonstrators taking over Plaza Catalunya was interesting. It is hard to imagine that happening, as we stayed very near there when we visited in March. It feels like “our neighborhood.”
