Tres cool! Personally i think breakfast can be the most enjoyable meal of the day in the right spot and with the right company oui!
btw i checked out the 'Green ray of Biarritz' very interesting phenomenon, would like to experience that!!

In Denmark we have 23 degrees, and that is almost to much for me, so soon I will could use a cool hotel 😀
