Chocolate with olive oil and salt
Sounds very weird, but it’s actually really good (I tried a small piece). 73% cocoa, 5% olive oil, 0,4% salt. Would you eat it? It is sold in the shops of Montserrat Abbey, providers of fine foods since 1025 AD.

I would totally try this… But then I'd try any chocolate…

is there any sweetener in it? i'd definitely try it but without some form of sweetening it might be a bit too bitter for me.

They most know what they are doing by now. Sure, I'll try some.

I prefere to use the oil and salt in my food; the chokolate has fat enough already!
nb. Besides, I don't like dark chokolate 🙂

I love chocolate in almost any form, but I have some doubt about this…
