Sounds very weird, but it’s actually really good (I tried a small piece). 73% cocoa, 5% olive oil, 0,4% salt. Would you eat it? It is sold in the shops of Montserrat Abbey, providers of fine foods since 1025 AD.

is there any sweetener in it? i'd definitely try it but without some form of sweetening it might be a bit too bitter for me.

I prefere to use the oil and salt in my food; the chokolate has fat enough already!nb. Besides, I don't like dark chokolate 🙂
