RAIN!!!


We woke up yesterday morning (at 6), and oh miracle, it was raining! It only lasted for an hour, but what a joy!!!

  2. I think there's no nicer smell than that of rain om hot concrete and grass after a long dry spell. How wonderful to wake up to this.

  3. Having lived in rainy places like Ireland, the UK, and having survived a few Indian monsoons, I just need the wet stuff!
    It just lasted one hour, and was more a slightly heavy drizzle than real rain. Didn't bother with an umbrella.

    …as you know, we have had lots of rain in Denmark, to much many thinks, because it spoiled there holidays 😦

  7. Here in Brittany, this summer is very special : it rains everyday, and it is when we have sun a whole day that we dance and sing for the miracle… 😀

  9. Il faut aller vivre en Belgique, mon pays d'origine, pour apprendre à connaître la pluie… et à ne plus la supporter !
    Mais dans les régions chaudes et sèches, cela fait beaucoup de bien…

  10. Wish rain would last just about that long only in my part of the world. Nine hours of rains continue to pour causing floods all over the metro. Not good.
