  4. What a fascinating pier. I am wondering what the clad like piece is. Nice staining and a bit of graffiti, too. Like the leaning umbrella. genie

  8. Taking time to just fish really is such a luxury. And makes for great photos.

Good luck in your teaching. Your future students are lucky to get you.
Hope you find enough time to sleep.

  10. Lowell, talking about teachers… I'll be starting a new job soon, on top of what I usually do, will be….teaching again, English, and this has to be prepared… It is a nice financial boon for us, but by Jove, I am so busy! I will actually have to curtail my blogger activities even more, not posting more than 3 or 4 times a week. Only so much you can do, working from 8 till 8.

  11. Nice arryay of lines here, Rob. both curved and straight. And good grey scale coverage.

Fishing, however, is boring. Whereas sitting staring at the horizon is not.

  12. This man must have the best time : he is alone, doing in favourite thing, with a cool beer in the cooler and a parasol when he needs to rest…

    Perfect.

  14. I'm going to tell you what my teachers told me when I said I didn't have time to do homework: “Make time!”

Heh, heh! Lovely shot and even in b&w it looks hot!

BTW, The Villages is a Disneyland for adults – buildings are made to look old. There's no taxidermy in Lake Sumter Landing! 🙂
