I remember one of these electricity devices in a science museum that people could touch and it would make their hair stand on end. But I guess one should double check to make sure it is safe before touching.
I apologize for not commenting on your site lately, but Julie and I were away in Papua New Guinea and Australia timed to see the total solar eclipse, and we had very limited internet access.
