Raval balconies
Regular followers of this blog know that I love balconies. Here is some more about them, just around the corner, in the Raval, in our green city of Barcelona. Warm enough for balconies, almost 20 degrees today, and they call this winter…
Your winter in Barcelona sounds very much like ours here in Perth Rob, mellow!

That is just not fair. How can you have 20 degrees when Jerusalem is freezing at 0 ? Snow is starting to fall right now.

Great photo and great weather. It is warm in Montpellier also today…. Maybe about 30°C on my balcony (plein sud).
Happy New Year to you!

Balconies are indeed a bonus to urban living, especially if there is enough space for a little table and chairs rather than a narrow “Juliet” balcony.
I was interested in your post yesterday about donuts. My daughter-in-law, who is Argentine, wanted to go to a donut shop when she visited the USA because she had never had a donut, but she had seen them on “The Simpsons.” I don't understand why you have them in Barcelona but they never made it to Argentina.
